Product Details
We use a blend of Spanish smoked and sweet paprika. This combined with garlic and chilli gives our little chorizos a perfect bite.
Our semi-cured chorizo Picante is perfect for your tapas, paella and ragu. Handmade as always, using prime cuts of free-range pork from our smallholding.
Each flavour has been tried and tested at our 5 star unit and then sampled by the established chefs we supply.
Each pack comes with 10 mini semi-cured sausages.
Place on a metal oven tray. Place in a pre-heated oven at 200°C for 10 minutes until browned and cooked through.

Slice and fry, grill, or add to stews.
How To Store
Keep refrigerated. If frozen, re-freeze immediately. To defrost: Thaw in the fridge overnight.
