Ripe and hot chilli peppers mellowed with roasted red peppers and apple. 

All batches are small and made by hand here on the Gower, using quality ingredients and sourced locally where possible.

Sweet peppers, Red Chilli, Sugar, Apples, Vinegar, Ginger, Garlic, Setting agent (pectin)
